How to use particle systems with displacement maps?

Hello,

Is there a way for particles to appear on top of displaced surface?


I know there is a way to fix it by using disp through modifiers, but I setup pretty complex disp though node editor. Or is there a way to somehow transfer that map to modifier disp?
Help me out, please.

You can create same setup in geometry nodes.

Is it possible to make without using geo nodes? I spent like 30 minutes and couldn’t get any result.

Did you try swapping the order of the items in the modifier stack?
