How turn this 2D grid into 3D (with geo nodes)

Im a noob at geometry nodes… and im running into the following problem
I have created a grid that shows numbers on the points… However… at the moment…the grid is just a 2D grid… I want the grid to be in 3D… So not only X and Z axis…but also Y axis… .Kinda like wireframe cubes that I can control… How can I do this?

Careful… your grid is in the X-Y axis already…

… your “hosting” object has been rotated on the X-axis by 90deg.

Here is how you can distribute characters on a cube grid:

… you need to de-select the corner edges along with randomly selecting vertices… Align with z-up and normals.

Good luck.
