How we can find the total number of faces of our meta-particles?

I’m asking to learn how i can find the total number of the faces/edges/vertices of my meta-particles (such like meta-balls or fluid simulation particles)

I need to know the total number of the faces of my particles that will run in my scene.
In each frame 10-80 new faces are created and so it will be hard to count them in a animation of 300 frames.


If there is not any way to do that with just blender alone then is there any plugin that counts the total face number of meta-particles? (or fluid simulation particles)
I want to find the number of all face of my meta-particles.

Faces that have been counted must not recounted. (i want no double-count)
