Are there ways to create clay in blender ?.
I recently bought some real clay and wonder if its possible to create something alike in Blender.
Scultping altough much a like clay doesnt allow for animation
Metaballs, dont allow sculpting
Rigging, doesnt allow altering the mesh
Background in some stop motion animations, and in clay-ing movies you see a sculptur working on a model, i would like to animate that for a personal project. Testing creativity blender vs clay 
iām not looking for a clay shader, rather a proces to animate changing meshes
