Human Finger Interaction with 60GHz Electromagnetic Waves

This is how a human finger interacts with a 60GHz electromagnetic wave! You can see how some waves travel tangential to the skin and some are reflected creating interference patterns. A millimeter wave radar can precisely sense and track the smallest hand gestures and movements!

The scene was created in Blender, I used a rigged hand model (even added hair and knuckle tattoos :joy: ) and simulated it in openEMS which only 40 seconds to complete.
