Hyatt Hotel

Hey guys! I recently stayed at a hotel and when I got inside I thought the interior was really cool so I decided to make it in Blender! It has been about a month and a half that I have been working on this scene! It is the biggest project I have ever done. I want to give credit to a friend for helping me with some of the models in this scene! So thanks to him for that! I hope you guys like it! If you guys have anything to share feel free to leave it in the comments!
All in cycles.
All four renders took about 12 hours at 2000 samples.

Here is one more image.

Hey… this looks really good… not sure why there aren’t more comments on this… Keep up the good work!

Thanks norvman!

I did one more render! Here it is!

That is a lot of work, Syberius! It looks really good. I’m impressed that you created all the furniture and interior details on the ground floor as well. To be honest, I think the upper parts of the interior are the most interesting to me- I’ve always enjoyed the architectural images showing repetition of shapes when looking up at a building. You can find a lot of cool images like that on Flickr and other sites, which may inspire you further. But incredible work all around, I agree this should have more comments. Great job!

By the way, your last render isn’t showing up for me. You may want to try uploading it again, sometimes errors occur.

Thanks James! Yeah I will definitely check out Flickr! Also I uploaded the image again. So it should be there!

Looks fantastic… you may have to give all some tutorials on all those wonderful matterials…

I think the cylindors on there could do with a bump map or something, they look fake to me compared with rest of the room. To me they look odd and slightly out of place compared with rest of the room and they’re a primary focal-point which makes it very distracting. The rest of the room is good though!

Thanks everyone! For the materials, most of them were just a image texture and a diffuse and glossy shader! I will try some bump mapping soon. I have worked so much on this scene so I am taking a break for a while!

It looks great but I think it is just a little too dark.
Fantastic models by the way

Thx Aaron! Next time I render it I will light it up a little bit more!
