when i was modeling , i mistyped a key ( “d” to be exact) , and this happened
my question is this a in built feature of blender or am i getting this from an addon i have installed?
i have too many addons i have lost track of the number and each one’s features , i cant remember downloading anything like this
i would appreciate any help that anybody lends

I think it’s from an addon , I tried to redo-it without success…

This is the shortcut key for the function.
Maybe it’s like Addon’s key map.

I saw it wrong 
If you look closely at the video, I don’t know if it’s a key map or an Addon function
It’s a 3D Cursor and it shows Gizmo.
