I have embossed little circles in my model and im unsure why?

Hi, Does anyone know why i have these little dots all over my ‘icing’ for my doughnut

Maybe your vertices are double and placed direclty on top of each other so that only one is visible. Perhaps because of accidentially beveling with a value of 0.
