I just grabbed a random image to give a rough idea of what it looks like. This image has no connection to the add-on I’m looking for.
I needed to show how the strands curve around the head and gather in one spot.

Because making some pigtails ponytails mightbe some “essential” part of those..
Soc Follicefx seems to beinteresting becaus eo th ethe free version.. but ther are other like.. just to “name” one other example:

It has a dedicated Modifier for Braids only so ponytail is achievable just with few clicks and still its Full procedural and support expressions if you need more control and finetuning

Sadly i’m “not into hair” yet but i have also “seen you” on Polycount" and i’m also everytime interested in 3D in general so maybe because of this that “follicle thingy” (
) was “sticking” in my brain.. the name may of course also did his part.. and not somethibg like YAHT..
