I need a PlayerModel made for Gmod

Hi i’m a moderator in a g-mod community and i’m looking for someone to create a playermodel off of some artwork

She should look something like this:

I guess the best person to do this job would be someone who’s experienced in making playermodels

I have a budget of $50 for anyone who does this to an acceptable standard.
