I thought Blender was the only 3D package with a Grease Pencil type of tool

I just learned that Maya has a pretty nifty tool of that type too:
2D in 3D - Character Rig

In fact, I thought it was Blender. It was only until the end of the video that I hear the host mentioning that the setup was for Maya, I even thought: Either I did not hear it right, or he made a mistake (LOL).
