I Used Midjourney to Create an Original Scene in Blender

An artist should use every tool they have in their arsenal right? Besides isn’t it one of the more fun parts of this job to keep up with the new stuff that constantly evolves?

That is why I thought I want to know more about MidJourney. Here is the final piece I created.

It might be fun to see what Midjourney spat out, so these were some of my references, inspiration, and moldboard pictures

For someone who isn’t the best at drawing, yet still wants to generate concepts for themselves, aka me, a tool like Midjourney is a fantastic option I’d say.

So - I’d like to learn about MidJourney but their website
https://www.midjourney.com/home/?callbackUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.midjourney.com%2Faccount%2F%3FcallbackUrl%3D%252Fapp%252F
just makes me feel like I’m having something between a migraine and an acid trip.
Any suggestions for a way to learn about it that’s a little calmer?

Yea the home page is a bit much isn’t it🤔
They say there is a lot that’s going to change, who knows what the user experience is going to be like then.

Join the beta and work in the discord. The newb channels are so filled tho, is that what’s bothering you as well, it made it harder for me for sure to keep track of what I was doing. But you get used to it.

There are plans to choose from that give you private rooms to test out as much as you want.

Personally, I just pushed through some trial attempts. Before you want to commit to anything.

I made a video about it maybe that’ll help you: https://youtu.be/0JgWL3_CWbc

Yeah, wow, this is the most off-putting website I’ve seen in a long time
