I thought I had this right, I exported all of the files on a PC and then uploaded them to my website, I want to games to be opened by PC users. Click on the PC link.

They don’t work, What am I doing Wrong?

What error do you get when trying to run the executable? I’m going to guess your either missing Python, some DLLs or both.
