ID map for UDIM tiles

Hi , i want to ask, what is the workflow to bake ID Map with Udim Tiles for Quixel Mixer?
what i have made:

  1. all parts of model have vertex color
    2 i have created Attribute node an Image Texture (Udim Tiles) in Nodes
  2. i have selected all parts of my model and i baked it.
  3. There was created one texture only, UD.1001
    What to do, to make 6 another ID texture?
    Will mixer read 7 ID maps from One object as Udim?

UDIM texture baking is currently not supported in blender. It’s been a known todo since UDIMs were first introduced back in 2.82.

There was a patch making UDIM baking possible in 3.2 I think
