I finally had a chance to watch the tutorial on UV sculpting, here. Don’t let the length of over an hour deter you from watching it. The basic concept is described fairly quickly and most of the tutorial is about watching how the UV placement can affect the final look. So if you are like me, and rarely watch a video tutorial that is longer than 5-10 minutes, this one is the exception to the rule.
This illuminated tech crawlspace is my re-purpose of this technique.
