Image Texture Linked Color Space

With 2.80 the Color Space for the Image Texture Nodes are linked. Does this mean that, when i create a new single user copy of that Image Texture Node it duplicades the texture or just the node?

For example if i want to use the same texture for Base Color and Roughness input i need one
node with srgb Color Space and one with None Color Data. So i copy the srgb Image Texture Node click on make single copy user and change the color space to None Color Date. Does i have now 2 different textures in my projekt? Doesent that eat a olt of memory?
