Hello. A few images from a portfolio I’m working on for my web site
the deformation looks good. I would position the breasts a bit higher though. might have to do a little re-weighting of course if they were repositioned.
I’m having trouble putting a portfolio together myself so take what I say with a grain of salt. I know the portfolio is fucused on rigging, but anyone who views the portfolio will be affected by the quality of the model whether it’s conscious or unconscious. Every part of the portfolio should be top notch even if you don’t do the model yourself.
I would agree here. The model looks weird. Try using Makehuman to get a good looking human model. Also, I would suggest poses that have a good silhouette, and show emotion through body language. The handstand is cool, but the camera angle can be more interesting. The second image, I have no idea what she is doing. for a rigging portfolio, I would definitely recommend making some good looking controls for your rig. Right now you just have the bones themselves.
Also, an idea, make a screencast video of your rig in action. Show all the controls in the video. (make sure to turn off the visibility of all the non control bones.)

I’ve rotated and scaled the breasts without changing the weights.and put her a bikini to hihghlight the look, two images attached.
In the web there are plenty of images in different modes, some with bones and shapes, with different poses and camera angles.
There are also some videos, and more coming soon. The reel will have a selection of all this material.
