In 5+ how do we add a keyframe to an fcurve?

Hi bpy nerds. I’m stumped. I’ve got my channelbags, and I can add a new fcurve, but how do I add keyframes to my new fcurve?

import bpy
from bpy_extras import anim_utils
C = bpy.context
selected_bones = C.selected_pose_bones
anim_data = C.objects.animation_data
channelbag = anim_utils.action_get_channelbag_for_slot(anim_data.action, anim_data.action_slot)
for bone in selected_bones:
    for idx in [0, 1]:
        fc = channelbag.fcurves.new(f'pose.bones["{bone.name}"].location', index = idx, group_name = '')
        fc …???? << how do I add a keyframe

I’m trying to add a keyframe on the X and Y position and the Z Euler rotation to a whole bunch of selected bones.
