I find it extremely annoying to see handles while dragging keyframes in the Graph Editor, because I can hardly see where keyframes land.
Is there a way to only/better see keyframes while dragging?

Thanks! However I want to be able to adjust handles on selected keyframes.
Toggling that setting each time I drag keyframes is less than ideal (unworkable). So I was wondering if they can be invisible during keyframe-drag somehow.
You could just press CTRL-TAB to swap between dope sheet (which doesn’t have handles) and the Graph Editor (which does have handles).
Thanks! I’ve amended my original question to be restricted to Graph Editor.
Both answers above solves part of my goal by showing keys without handles. But my main issue is that I don’t want to change editors while working in the Graph Editor, since it’s made for editing keys and F-curves. I thought there might be some way to turn off handles while moving keys. I mean, the feature is already there (Show Handles), but I wanted a momentary feature that activates only on dragging (menus, custom keys or switching editors are all time sinks). But the feature might not exist?
If it doesn’t, I might post a request on Right-Click Select since this is a crucial one … Unless I’m the only one thinking its extremely difficult to discern keys from handles in Graph Ed?
Another thought: hmm, maybe there’s theme support for separate the colors of keys and handles?
EDIT: Of course the trick was right in front of my nose! Just go into Preferences > Themes and change Vertex Select
(which is the term for “selected key”) and Handle Vertex Select
to different colors. I don’t think they should have same colors in the default theme, but oh well.
