in need of a good texture creator

hi everyone. i am working on a project and i am in need of a texture creator similar to Genetica. I have a very small budget so i am looking for one that is free or relatively inexpensive ($50>). I have tried Photoshop and Gimp but i’m not too good with them.

You might consider Texture Studio. Easy to use, lots of control, and free.
