Insert Keyframe Hotkey Keying Set Not Available

Hey,

I’m trying to set up my default keying set in my prefs, however, the menu to select the default only lets me select Default

If I open the menu there are no other options.

This tutorial shows what I’m trying to set up however it seems like the later versions of Blender have changed this menu?

Does anyone know how I can set this correctly?
