i know many of you answered this billions of times, but how do i manually install the 64 bit version of Blender 2.49b. i already have the archive file and a 64 bit compatible computer, but what’s next?:spin:
The answer depends on which operating system you’re using. Assuming you’re using Windows: Unzip the archive somewhere (e.g. C:\Program Files\blender249). Then open the folder you unzipped it to and double click blender.exe to run Blender.
You’ll have to create your own shortcuts/Start menu items if you want them.
