Instances rotation - geometry nodes

Can someone explain to me how can i achieve this type of rotation of the instances? Or you can tell me topics to search about too so i can reach my result. I’ve detailed in the picture, but if you need more details, pls say.

UPDATES: i’ve reached my result! But obviously it isn’t procedural. Erindale video helped me sometimes. It worked with some unusual object formats, the positions info made it even better in that moment. The problem is that it acts weird when resetting transforms. But im happy, i hope i can solve it soon.
