Instancing on verticies

Child object instanced over verticies of cilinder. How to convert result to independent mesh?

Select instanced object and bring up search (F3 by default, you can change it to Spacebar in keymap preferences) and search for “Make Instances Real”:

Note what new objects stay linked (they share mesh data), in case you don’t want that select everything and look for Object > Relations > Make Single User > Object & Data
