Intel Core i5 8400 and Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 enough for Blender?

So I want to upgrade from a laptop to a new pc, I tried to put the best components but not too expensive.
I will use it for rendering (Cycles, and maybe Eevee), modeling, texturing (big images), animation, physics and a some gaming:

-Intel Core i5 8400
-Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 6GB
-16 GB of RAM

So what do you think? Is it enough for what I want?

Assuming you are from the US(so the rebates would apply):

Motherboard review:

Case unboxing/review (for the lulz of seeing a guy bang at the tempered glass window with a pan  ):

Thanks for the info, but I think you misunderstood me, I was asking if the components I said at the beginning will be enough for running Blender fine for what I said I will be using it for.
I put the wrong title, I will change it for no more misunderstanding…

Should be OK for average hobby work. You won’t get commercial rendering times but with some patience it should work well.

Ok, I’ve seen some Blender render test and I think it´s fine, thanks.
