Your topology is good, although overall dense. You don’t need that many loops. The model? It’s hard to say. What is it?

It’s from guide about hard surface, it looks like spaceship
About loops - i added third image with less loops, but i also think it too much
Generally, it should estimate like just test, not full model(more topology test and practice)
