Interpolation mode for animated node values?

Is it possible to change the interpolation mode for animated material node values?

I have a material animated in such a way as to appear as flowing liquid, however, it seems to be behaving as thought it’s following bezier interpolation - easing in and out at the start and end of the animation.

I can’t see it anywhere in the graph editor though - is there some other way to adress this?
I know I can set up a driver and control it that way, but would prefer to avoid convoluting it further like that if possible.

Nevermind, I just realized I can do it from the dope sheet… :v
