Inversive kinematics for difficult forms

Hello everyone! Sorry for my English. I need help in the rigging of armature. I set inversive kinematic on the forearm and I need to rotate the forearm with part of the shoulder. Two bones of shoulder shouldn’t rotate between themselves. I tryed to show on two last screenshoots what I need to get

If they’re one unit, just use one bone.

Or, you could lock all axes of the second bone, in properties/bone/inverse kinematics-- but really, just use one bone.

If you instead want that one of these bones should only twist, not rotate any other way, then lock all axes except Y (same place as above.)

Thanks! It really works through the limitation in inverse kinematics. I tried to set limits in the outliner
