Inverting Textures

I’m trying to make a pokerchip, and I can’t figure out how to have the back side of the chip inverted to how it is on the front.

If you are using a mirror modifier to give the chip thickness, use “mirror U/V” options in the modifier panel.

When I select the UV, I get the image below
