IOR value of ice cream

Anyone know what the IOR value is for ice cream. I’ve looked everywhere and I can’t any IOR values for ice cream.

I don’t think there is IOR for ice cream. It’s a cream and index of refraction doesn’t apply here. It is dense and opaque. There may be some SSS:

I agree with Ridix. IF there is any reason why it might be slightly clear, it’s IOR will be very close to water (1.33 or so) becuase the cream is 90% water.

Thanks, maybe better just to play with the specular and bump maps then.
