Ipo Editor: place points exactly?

I’m sorry if I overlooked this somewhere but I couldn’t seem to find this functionality:
Is there a way to place a vertex at any exact arbitrary point in the Ipo curve editor? E.g. type in (300, 105) and have a vertex appear at those coordinates?
This would be easier than zooming in a lot every time to place a vertex precisely :stuck_out_tongue:

I don’t think you can add a point at a specific place on an IPO curve but you can change the place of an existing point. So you could add a point on the curve in roughly the right place; press the n-key when the cursor is in the IPO window to bring up the Transform Properties window; select the keyframe you want to change (when the curve is in edit mode) and change the coordinates (bottom line).
