Just wondering if the pic related is possible to do with a shader set up? Looked online and on youtube but not seeing this kind of thing.

The watercolor effect was made with emission shaders and a massive compositing node tree. I also have the original concept made in sketchbook and an actual watercolor painted by my wife. but, not quite the effect I’m after. I’m doing a webcomic and so far have been using the cel shading method.
