The example was done manually, but just wondering if anyone knows of an addon or some menu option i’m not aware of.
besides proportional editing, you can use the forgotten tools addon which you can find in BA, first you select the 2 parallel edges and run the connect spread operator, which gives you something like this, as you may notice it does it to both directions so you can remove the other faces…

i was hoping for a spacing solution that I could use on existing geometry. And proportional editing definitely works, but was hoping that I had precise control over.
