Maybe Voronoi Texture is what you are looking for. But it is really hard to tell what function you mean.
Enable the included add-on, Add extra Objects…
Shift + A > Mesh > Extras > Honey-Comb…
parameters are in the box that pops up in the lower left.
For some of the other shapes in your example you could consider creating a library of .svg two toned files that would define the shapes based on black and white. These can be created in photoshop or gimp and export to .svg. It will come in as curves in Blender and you can convert to mesh.
I wonder if anyone has created an addon for something like this?

Greace Pencil imports black and white images and converts them to strokes if i am not mistaken.

But when generating other patterns,
