Like the title points out, is there an official Blender app adapted for touchscreen devices like Android tablets and phones that works? Or anything similar that uses Blender? The closest thing I could find was Blenderplayer 2.63, but that’s barely usable, and is very unfinished.
No, literally.
You can however run the Arm builds of Blender inside a chroot with Xserver or under a X86 emulator on arm devices. I did it and I was able to make very simple models but you wont get hardware accelatation or good render speeds.
Your best bet is to get Windows based mobile devices something like Surface Pro if you want a decent workable Blender setup.
