Is there any way to do this?

Hi,

Sorry, the title isn’t all that descriptive, I just couldn’t think of what this might be called.

A problem I’m having is that when I unwrap the texture, you know the way the edges are colored in a way that you can tell it’s orientation, like the green, red, and yellow edges? Is there a way to just flip the edges around so one that used to be red is green, and one the used to be green is yellow, and so on without having to rotate the points around? Normally it wouldn’t bother me if it was a quick fix like a square or something, but it looks like a trapezoid on mine so I can’t just rotate it around.

Ok I barely know what I’m talking about anymore.

With mouse in the 3d window, and in face select mode, press r, then UV Co-ordinates.

You will see the edges change in the UV window.

It’s okay, neither do we. I myself just give random wiki links like this http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Manual/Unwrapping_a_Mesh#UV_Orientation and hope that no one actually reads it and discovers that it has nothing whatsoever to do with their problem. So far, I’m doing pretty good.

You’re on the right track. Nah just kidding.

Alright!!! This solves alot of my problems. Thanks OBI_Ron
