Moon and water look great. The rest is really blocky and square and does not suit the image.
Use sub-surf’s and then the t_terrain texture plugins for some nice bump maps on the terrain.

Hey, if the moon has a reflection shouldn’t the island also have a reflection?
the image is a flic from a wave animation. so it may be hidden.
hm, it looks pretty dark, so if the island had a reflection, it would probably look more like a vague shadow. also, I think the reflection of the moon needs to be stronger.
