Issue pie menu in blender 2.80 for macOSX

I am using 2.80.30 blender in win 7 64bit, win 8.1 and macosx 10.12.6
in windows everything works properly. if I press this “ò” key, this image appears

in macosx nothing appears.

I also tried to look for the shortcut in the user preferences \ input \ “call pie menu” shortcuts without getting a solution that contained “ò”

each addon with pie menu is disabled in win

doing “load factory setting” I lose this abbreviation and all the pie menus even in win

How can I fix this problem?

I think this is a case where you write up a bug report. 2.8 is still in alpha, and this is a fairly important bug.
