Issue with addon's keybord shortcuts

Hi, I’m having some issues with addon’s keybord shortcuts that are enabled by default:
Blender 2.57b - Win 64-bit

Steps:

  • Launch blender
  • In preferences (Ctrl+Alt+U) enable some addons like Copy Attributes, Material Utils, or any other with a keybord shortcut.
  • Save it as default user settings (Ctrl+U)
  • Exit and relaunch blender
  • You will notice that in the blender starter scene addon’s shortcuts are working
  • Create a New Scene (Ctrl+N) or load any other file
  • You will notice that addon’s keybord don’t work anymore, so you have to disable and enable addon again to have shortcuts working.

Can anyone confirm this?
