Issue with laggy damped track(ed) bones?

Hi, so i was just messing around with this half bad rig that i need for smtn
and it has some wiggle to it’s ears n tail

but ever since i changed something up, the bones that does all the wiggle stuff (damped track) are like either lagging or glitching out!

i honestly have no idea what causes this and i cant seem to find anything like it on google
does anyone know what to do?

This sounds like a ‘cyclic dependency’ problem. Enter edit mode for the armature the check the system console (Window → Toggle System Console) for error messages.

Basically this condition happens when you do something against what blender’s armatures will allow you to do.
