Sorry, bad english.
Verts doesn’t use the subsurf/multiresolution the accounting of direction by means of normals.
Needed apply subsurf for good work.

When i am use
Faces:Jittered - Particles/Face: N
instead of Verts, then division not disappears completely.
And you can see more artifacts in a camber place.
