 I have done some scanning with a 3D scanner so that when I deal with Blender and then I export it as OBJ, I keep getting the name of the person I scanned.
 I show example in the photo

 Can you remove that data somewhere in the Blender program?

That is just the name of the active object.
Just rename it.
