Another effect of playing with Blender’s Sculpt-Dev and another attempt to make something a bit more realistic, namely a portrait, and today it hit Jordan B Peterson (probably in a slightly younger version).
No UV (except for the tie), the face is pure dyntopo topology, with vertex colors layered, plus a tiny little noise texture to get the skin tones out of sync.
It was created only in Blender 3.1 Sculpt-dev, version from 19/jan/2022, because so far it seems to be the most stable.

head have 2.9 mln tris, and with this polycount, sculpting/painting was comfortable enough.
For Dyntopo, that’s a pretty good result, and with 16gb of ram
