Off to a good start!
As you seem to be going for a more realistic look I’d suggest softening the area where the brows and bridge of the nose connect. That or make the nose thinner (where the sides blend into the face). It bugs me that the upper eyelid is barely visible but again it depends on the style.
Regardless of style I think you could make the hair bigger in volume, even if it goes outside the original design, cause big hair is cool
