Join and unjoin mechanism?


I want to be able to have one object connected with another and then unjoin from it, either using a key or a timed event. So how could I go about this?

The object is is lowered from another, so I want to be able to then control the connected object.

I imagine using a parent connection is one part of this. I would need to be using the bricks, as I have for the first object that is animated.


Maybe a “child of” constraint and then insert keys on influence would suffice?

There is a parent actuator.

By applying that brick on the cube, it then releases it from the other object.
