How to join two objects without joining the material.
Assign the materials to the objects before joining, even if they are just placeholders.

I did but after joining they get the same color (material) i guess it can only be done by creating a collection before that you could make a group with alt G.That was easier.
I have only one UV file.
When combined with Join(Ctrl+j)s, previously applied materials are represented, but when combined with Booleans, they are transformed into one material.

However, if you give the base object both materials, then both materials will be shown on the mesh after the boolean operation:
