okay i was following the tutorial “jump!”

that bart made (to see a different way to jump beside just using a motion upwards) and when i finished it didn’t work it just hovered there when i presses the “a” key and if force was selected on the ipo actuator it did nothing so i tried it over and over and over then i downloaded barts finished jump and that didn’t work either is it because that tut was using an ealier verson of blender maybe on the download bart and i missed something important or is my blender program realy messed up? are the tuts at http://www.ingiebee.com/tutorials.htm old
