Just out of curiosity

Would it not make sense to set requirements for high-quality stuff (i.e. Pixar-style stuff) when your project is volunteer work?

If you want to decrease the number of volunteers, then yeah - it’s a good way to do that.
I think it’s much more productive to put some money on the side and pay people to do what you want - then you can demand high-quality.

I think it’s worth mentioning that I’m a whole 16 years old and I don’t have a bank account, mind you. That’s why my projects are unpaid work.

Not trying to sound rude here, just had to get this out for clarity’s sake.

You mean you want to have people help who are professional quality? It is hard to find help at all.

The chances of finding anyone who can do “Pixar style stuff” is going to be pretty much impossible, Because they are all busy at Pixar.

You are 16 and I guess just starting out, Dont set you goal to high just yet, focus on learning 3D first, start with small animations you can do yourself and work your way up.
