Keyframe Interpolation

When I set all the curves to constant in the graph editor. I then set a new keyframe, it changes that keyframe to have bezier (correct me if im wront) interpolation. I just want the keys to set at constant without having to change the interpolation in the graph editor each time

In the File / User Preferences / Editing panel you can set your default 'New F-Curve" Interpolation. The default is Bezier
