Here’s an updated progress!

Adding more drivers to the rig and fixing the cloth sims- especially where the skin folds in.

I believe good simulation comes from good / anatomically correct rig. Right now, I am fixing all the nitty gritty bits that would accomdate a good looking sims. I think I am half way there!

Now to move on to her shoulders! There are alot of drivers running to make the movement look natural. There are still nooks and crannies that needs to be handled, but quite like the result.

In this case, I have some trouble with cloth sim as well as hair. I decided to ignore it for now and focus on getting her shoulders look anatomically correct.

Better deformation generally means better simulations in the end.
